Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ In the original packaging with tags attached
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account and visit “Order History”
- Select the item(s) for return and complete the request form
- Pack items securely with the original receipt
- Ship using the provided return label (or a trackable method)
3. Refund Process
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. To exchange:
- Return the original item following our standard process
- Place a new order for the desired item
5. Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits (if hygiene tags are removed)
❌ Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
❌ Gift cards
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return & replacement/refund
7. Return Shipping Costs
• Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error
• International returns may incur customs fees (non-refundable)
