Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
✔ Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
✔ In the original packaging with tags attached
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account and visit “Order History”
  2. Select the item(s) for return and complete the request form
  3. Pack items securely with the original receipt
  4. Ship using the provided return label (or a trackable method)

3. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. To exchange:

  1. Return the original item following our standard process
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

5. Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Underwear, swimwear, or bodysuits (if hygiene tags are removed)
❌ Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
❌ Gift cards

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a free return & replacement/refund

7. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error
• International returns may incur customs fees (non-refundable)
